1. Intellectual Property & Your Content
You retain 100% exclusive intellectual property ownership of every photo, graphic, and file processed through Pixora. We claim zero rights, licenses, or ownership over your content. Because processing runs entirely within your client browser session, your files remain strictly yours at all times.
2. Supported Formats & Processing Capabilities
Pixora supports standard web bitmap and vector formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, SVG, and ICO. Proprietary camera RAW files or platform-specific formats (like Apple HEIC) may require prior conversion if your client browser engine lacks native decoding support.
3. Acceptable Use
Pixora utilities are made freely available for personal, commercial, and editorial workflows. You agree not to use the tools to produce, tamper with, or distribute infringing, illegal, defamatory, or unlawful materials.
4. Client Hardware & Processing Limitations
Processing throughput, execution speed, and batch stability are bounded directly by your client computer hardware and available browser tab memory. For reliable performance, we advise processing large batches in moderate sets rather than overloading memory buffers simultaneously.
5. User Responsibility & Backups
Users are strictly responsible for maintaining original backups of their source files prior to applying irreversible modifications (such as EXIF purging or redaction censoring). Because Pixora stores zero data on remote servers, no file recovery can be provided after tab closure.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Pixora is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without express or implied warranties. In no event shall the platform, creator, or contributors be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from browser crashes, file corruption, or use of the service.
